1. Transparent Pricing & VAT

  • No Buyer Fees: We operate a fair and open marketplace. Unlike traditional auction houses, buyers will never be charged a premium, hidden fee, or commission to place a bid or complete a transaction.
  • 20% VAT: All final auction winning bids and “Buy It Now” asking prices are subject to standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 20%. This will be clearly displayed and added to your total order summary at checkout.

2. Auction & “Buy It Now” Policy

  • Binding Contracts: Every bid placed on our auctions represents a legally binding commitment to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
  • Instant Purchase: Items featuring a “Buy It Now” option can be secured immediately, bypassing the auction countdown. Once a “Buy It Now” purchase is initiated, payment must be completed immediately to secure the stock.

3. Strict No-Returns Policy on Handmade Items

  • Hygiene and Safety: Due to strict health protection, safety, and hygiene reasons, all handmade pet accessories (including fleece pee pads and bedding liners) are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Bespoke and Custom Goods: Because our handmade items involve extensive crafting hours, premium materials, and are built to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production or shipping has commenced. Please double-check all product dimensions (e.g., 7″x7″ or 12×12″) carefully before placing your order.

4. Postage & Shipping Information

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping fees are completely separate from product prices and are clearly calculated at checkout based on the final packaging weight and size classification via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.
  • Delivery Protection: All products (including vintage Ty Beanie Babies and collectable trading cards) are packed securely using protective elements like bubble wrap, stiffeners, and rigid “Do Not Bend” envelopes to ensure safe transit.
